Last year, ZAG was excited to participate in Fresh Summit, but a hurricane thwarted our plans. Fast forward to two weeks from now, and we’re honored to be exhibiting at the upcoming International Fresh Produce Association Global Produce & Floral Show, Oct. 27-29, in Orlando.
The show, which brings together fresh produce and floral supply chain on a single show floor, allows buyers, suppliers, business solution providers, thought leaders, subject matter experts, and more to come together and make important decisions for the future of their business.
As an IT consulting firm and managed services provider, ZAG specializes in technology implementation for businesses in agriculture and fresh produce, which makes the Global Produce & Floral Show an ideal place to learn more about the industry and the challenges the industry faces.
But what are the reasons to visit ZAG at the show? Here we share five of them:
Our work in Ag and fresh produce. ZAG’s clients span several fresh produce companies, including Misionero, Pacific International Marketing, Markon, Index Fresh, Latitude 36 Foods, Dobler & Sons, and many more. Our deep roots in agriculture and the expertise we bring from our more than 20 years in the industry help us understand the challenges these businesses face and how we can work together to address them. Our team works hard to deliver the results needed in this 24/7/365 business.
Business Solutions Provider Expo. A big focus for the IFPA this year is on the work of business solutions providers that deliver goods and services to the fresh produce industry that helps make them successful. ZAG’s booth will be featured as part of this section of the show and will open for a special 2-hour window on Thursday afternoon from 2:45 to 4:45 p.m. for a special sneak peek at what we have to offer to the industry.
Our Cyber Lounge. Whether you want to learn more about who we are or have a nice place to rest and relax, the ZAG booth has some seating that offers both. We’re naming it the “Cyber Lounge” and we welcome the chance to meet you during expo hours.
Check Your Tech. We believe that technology can be a competitive advantage, but only if it’s secure. With agriculture becoming more of a target for cyberattacks, knowing the level of risk your organization faces is a critical component of preparedness. During the show, we will allow you to Check Your Tech by taking a 10-question quiz that will tell you how your organization is doing in its cybersecurity journey.
Celebrate with us at the Science, Technology, and Food Safety Reception. Join us in Room 304 C-D at 5:15 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 28, for the Science, Technology, and Food Safety as we sponsor this networking event that celebrates the importance of delivering food safety to America’s consumers.
Celebrate Cybersecurity Awareness Month with us. The Global Produce & Floral Show couldn’t have come at a better time as we wrap up October, which is National Cybersecurity Awareness Month. (Although we’d argue that every month should have a special focus on the cause.) Even still, it’s a chance for you to ask questions and learn more about the steps you can take to better protect your business – and your bottom line – by implementing protections across your technology infrastructure. Discussing what you face is the first step.
We’re excited to see you at the show and welcome the chance to tell you more. Click here to schedule a meeting with our team or add booth #379 to your list of must-see exhibitors.
