San Jose, Calif., July 18, 2022 – ZAG Technical Services, an award-winning IT consulting firm, managed services, and IT security provider, has distributed $10,000 in merit-based scholarships to four students as part of its initiative to promote ongoing educational opportunities for ZAG employees and their families.
The scholarship program is designed to recognize students who have demonstrated academic success as well as significant accomplishments in community service and leadership activities.
The selection is made by an independent third-party group, Scholarship America, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarship, tuition assistance and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations and individuals.
ZAG provided four awards of $2,500 each, considering financial need, as well as dedication to educational endeavors. The scholarship recipients selected for this year’s award include:
- Ysidro Magana, Santa Clara University
- Dominic Magana, Bellarmine College Preparatory
- Ben Muetzenberg, Bellarmine College Preparatory
- John Muetzenberg, Saint Catherine Catholic School
