March 4, 2020, San Jose, California – ZAG Technical Services, a leading strategic technology consulting and managed service provider, today announced that Albert Brown, Director of ZAG’s Project Management Office, will step into a newly created position of Director, Strategic Initiatives.
The new position is a critical strategic role for ZAG, as the company looks to build on its partner relationships and expanding role as a leading Managed Service Provider.
The new role reflects Brown’s success in creating and then successfully building ZAG’s Project Management Office over the past eight years.
“Albert not only built ZAG’s project management function, he aligned it operationally with our mission of enabling our clients to succeed,” said ZAG’s Vice President of Service Delivery, Christie Fisher. “His new role, which is also new for the company, strengthens our existing commitment to partners, managed service alliances, and to our customers’ success.”

Stepping into Brown’s previous role is Lizette Silva, as she takes over management and leadership of the Project Management Office. Ms. Silva also joins ZAG’s Executive Steering Group.
