San Jose, Calif., July 5, 2022 — ZAG Technical Services (ZAG), an award-winning IT consulting firm, managed services, and IT security provider, today announced the promotion of Thuan Ngo to Vice President of Data and Software Services. In this role, Thuan will drive the expansion of ZAG’s portfolio of applications and data services to further empower clients with innovative solutions that emphasize automation and data insights to achieve business goals.
Thuan joined ZAG as Director of Business Applications, where he’s cultivated a team dedicated to providing clients with the solutions needed to utilize applications and data capabilities as a competitive advantage for their business.
Thuan initially transitioned to ZAG from the California Department of State Hospitals, where he was Chief of Enterprise Applications, leading a diverse technology team in modernizing the enhancement and support of local and enterprise applications for all hospitals. Previous experiences also include leading global teams of data engineers and analytics technologists through modernizations and digital transformations.

Ngo’s new role will also help establish ZAG as a resource for businesses looking to adopt robotic process automation (RPA), which involves taking repetitive tasks and automating them using technology solutions with various levels of complexity. These solutions can be connected and/or coordinated to create automated workflows, cost avoidance/reductions, managing errors and waste, while increasing capacity, efficiency, and quality. Building this practice within ZAG will help add another layer of intelligence for clients within the manufacturing and food processing industries.
